Here is the plan, first need to know who will be able to attend so I know how much Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Chicken to buy.

Second, everyone who is coming please bring a cooler with ice or ice packs, will need these for food and drink storage. Items you can bring, folding chair, games of your choice, beach towel in case you want to go into the water. In the event of rain, we will have the event at the Hamilton Mall food court at noon. We will still provide all of the food.

Annual Re-org meeting, SATURDAY, Jan. 14, 2017

The USS Challenger will hold its annual Re-Org meeting on SATURDAY, January 14, 2017 at NOON at Bob’s house, 202 8th Ave., Ortley Beach.
There will be no separate C-Staff meeting. This is a general meeting of the crew to discuss what we’ll be doing in 2017 as well as other ship’s business.
All crew members are encouraged to attend.
Please bring a lunch and we will decide where to go for dinner at the meeting.
